How to insert the button

Click the Button command in the Insert Window
You will see the button is inserting the web page as picture below:

How to insert the Image Field
Step 1
Click the Image Field command in the Insert Window.
Step 2
It will display the Select Image Service dialog box. Choose the image you want to insert in the form and then click the OK button.
You will see the image is inserting in the table as picture below:
How to insert the Jump Menu
Step 1
Click the Jump Menu command in the Insert Window.
It will display the Insert Jump Menu dialog box. You can start to add the Menu Item and then you also can enter the URL in the When Selected Go To URL text box. After you finish it, click the Ok button.
You will see the Jump Menu is inserting the table as picture below:
How to insert the List Values in the List Menu
Step 1
Open Properties Window and then click the List Values button.
Step 2
It will display the List Values dialog box. You can start to add the values in the list box. Click Ok button to finish it.
You will see the list menu is change as picture below:
