How to work with Insert Rows or Columns command

Step 1

First open the Modify menu. Open the Table sub menu. Click the Insert Rows or Columns command.

Step 2

It will display the Insert Rows or Columns dialog box. First you can choose Rows or Columns you want to insert it. Next you can enter the number of the Rows or Columns. Last you can choose where you want to insert, Above the selection or Below the selection. Click OK button to finish it.

You will see the table is change as picture below:
